Support, recognition, and resources for the 5.5 million Americans serving as caregivers to wounded, ill, or injured veterans.
The Elizabeth Dole Foundation Hidden Heroes program supports military and veteran caregivers — spouses, parents, siblings, and friends who provide unpaid care. Resources include a caregiver community, peer-led support groups, a respite care fund, mental health partnerships, and legislative advocacy. Caregiving research in partnership with RAND Corporation has shaped national policy.
