The Headstrong Project provides cost-free, bureaucracy-free, confidential mental health treatment to post-9/11 combat veterans, service members, and their families. Treatment is delivered by a national network of licensed clinicians, both in-person and via telehealth. Headstrong does not bill insurance — there is no cost to the veteran, ever.
