Higher Ground USA runs week-long outdoor therapeutic recreation camps for disabled veterans, military families, and at-risk youth in Sun Valley, Idaho. Programs include adaptive skiing and snowboarding (winter) and fly fishing, mountain biking, kayaking, and rock climbing (summer). Each camp pairs adaptive recreation with peer support and family reintegration activities. Veteran programs are free; lodging and travel grants available.
