Rescue dogs trained and paired with veterans living with PTSD, traumatic brain injury, or military sexual trauma — at no cost.
K9s For Warriors pairs trained service dogs with post-9/11 veterans diagnosed with PTSD, traumatic brain injury, or military sexual trauma. Veterans attend a three-week residential training program at the K9s campus in Florida, then return home with their fully-credentialed service dog. Most dogs are rescued from shelters. There is no cost to the veteran. Application requires service-connected diagnosis and physician referral.
