Warrior Care Network is a partnership between Wounded Warrior Project and four academic medical centers: Massachusetts General Hospital (Home Base Program), Emory Healthcare (Veterans Program), Rush University Medical Center (Road Home Program), and UCLA Health (Operation Mend). Each site runs two-to-three-week intensive outpatient programs for post-9/11 veterans with PTSD, TBI, and related conditions. Travel, lodging, and treatment are covered for veterans and an accompanying family member.
