The Honor Foundation runs a three-month career transition program specifically for U.S. Special Operations Forces (Navy SEALs, Special Forces, MARSOC, AFSOC, MARSOC, 75th Ranger Regiment, 160th SOAR). Curriculum includes executive coaching, personal brand development, civilian network building, and resume translation. Cohorts run at multiple sites; alumni network is the primary placement engine. No cost to the operator or their family.
